Last updated: October 11, 2026

MyBit (Upbit) (operated by Dalin Soft, the "App") values your privacy. This policy explains what information the App handles and how it is used.

Summary
· The App has no sign-up and no login. It does not collect, transmit, or store your personal information on any developer server (the developer does not operate a server for this App).
· Your exchange API key, trade records, and settings are stored only on your device.
· Google or Samsung processes some information for ad display (Google AdMob) and subscription payments (Google Play or Galaxy Store).

1. Information the App handles

(1) Exchange connection information

How it is providedYou enter it yourself on the settings screen of the App
Important Your API key is never sent to or stored on any developer server. It is stored in encrypted form only in the secure storage of your device (e.g., FlutterSecureStorage). The App uses it only to send the order and query requests you set up to the Upbit exchange.

(2) Information stored on your device

ItemsStrategies you set up, order/fill/trade logs, backtest and optimization records, notification records, app lock setting, and subscription status check records (for offline checks)
WhereStored only inside your device. Not sent anywhere.

(3) Subscription payments (Google Play or Galaxy Store)

ProcessorDepending on the store the App was installed from: Google LLC (Google Play Billing) or Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. (Galaxy Store In-App Purchase, Samsung In-App Purchase)
What happens Payment, renewal, cancellation, and refunds for the Premium subscription are handled by the store the App was installed from (Google Play or Galaxy Store). The App does not receive or store card numbers or other payment details. It only stores the result of the subscription check on your device.

(4) Advertising identifiers (ad SDK)

Items (examples) Advertising ID, device and event information, IP address, approximate location, etc. — processed by the Google AdMob SDK to serve ads
ProcessorGoogle LLC (Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads)

Note The App itself does not separately collect or store the above information; the scope of processing follows Google's policies. (https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads)
You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in your device settings. No ads are shown while you have a Premium subscription.

1-2. Permissions

The App uses the permissions below. Some, such as notifications, are up to you to allow. Main features such as market data, charts, and backtesting work even if you do not allow them.

PermissionPurpose
Internet / network state Communicating with the Upbit exchange (market data, orders, balance), ads, and subscription checks; checking connection status.
Notifications Order and fill alerts, trading signal alerts, and showing background running status. The App works without it; only notifications will not be shown.
Foreground service Keeps your strategies running and market data in sync even when the App is not on screen or the screen is off. A notification is shown while it runs.
Battery optimization exemption Reduces the chance of the operating system's power saving stopping background running. You choose whether to allow it; the App works without it.
Wake lock Prevents processing from being cut off when the device sleeps while a strategy is running.
Fingerprint / biometrics (app lock) When you turn on the app lock, your identity is checked with your device's screen lock (fingerprint, PIN, or pattern). The App does not store biometric data; the operating system handles it.
Vibration Vibration when showing notifications
Billing (Google Play Billing or Samsung In-App Purchase) Premium subscription payment and subscription status check (Google or Samsung, depending on the store you installed from)
Advertising ID Serving ads and measuring performance (Google AdMob)

※ The App does not request location, contacts, phone, SMS, photos, camera, or microphone permissions.
