These terms set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between MyBit (Upbit) (operated by Dalin Soft, the "Service")
and its users, for using the Service as an assistant tool that automatically sends cryptocurrency spot order requests on Upbit's KRW market
based on the indicators and conditions you set yourself, and lets you view and monitor holdings, orders, and balances.
2. Definitions
"Service": a mobile application that connects to your Upbit exchange account, helps send order requests (including automatic order requests) based on conditions you set, and lets you view and monitor holdings, orders, fills, and balances.
"User": a person who installs and uses the Service under these terms.
"API key": the Access Key and Secret Key needed to access your Upbit account. You must issue it yourself and enter it into the Service.
"Strategy": a rule that decides whether to send an order request by combining indicators/rules provided by the Service (such as Hybrid and Volume Breakout) with the conditions you set.
3. Notice and changes to the terms
The Service posts these terms within the Service so that users can easily read them.
The Service may amend these terms to the extent permitted by law.
When the terms are amended, the effective date and reason will be stated and announced at least 7 days before they take effect.
4. Conditions of use
The Service can be used right after installation without sign-up or login. By installing, running, and starting to use the Service, you agree to these terms.
The Service is intended for users aged 19 or older. You must be legally eligible to use cryptocurrency trading under the laws of your country of residence, and you are responsible for this.
You need an Upbit exchange account and API key to use the Service. You must separately check and follow the exchange's own terms and policies.
5. Provision and changes of the Service
1) What the Service provides
Help sending order requests based on the conditions (strategy) you choose (including automatic order requests)
Viewing Upbit account assets, trade history, and holdings; monitoring orders, fills, and balances; notifications
Only spot "buy, then sell" trading (long) is supported. Short selling and leveraged (margin) trading are not provided.

2) Usage limits (Free and Premium)
Free: KRW-BTC (Bitcoin) market, Hybrid strategy, up to 1,000,000 KRW per order (fixed-amount mode). Ads are shown, and backtesting/optimization can be used with tickets earned by watching ads.
Premium (monthly subscription, 20,000 KRW per month): KRW-BTC, KRW-ETH, and KRW-XRP (Bitcoin, Ethereum, XRP) markets, all strategies, up to 10,000,000 KRW per order (percentage mode available), no ads, no limits on backtesting/optimization.
These limits may change as the Service improves; changes will be announced in the App or through an amendment of these terms.
3) Paid subscription
Premium is a monthly subscription. Payment, renewal, cancellation, and refunds follow the policies of the store you subscribed through (Google Play or Galaxy Store) and in-app notices.
The subscription renews automatically every month unless you cancel, and you can cancel any time in the subscription management of the store you subscribed through (Google Play or Galaxy Store).
If you cancel, you can keep using Premium until the end of the period you already paid for, after which you return to the free limits.
The Service may change all or part of what it provides for operational or technical reasons.
6. Interruption of the Service
The Service may be temporarily interrupted for significant operational reasons such as computer maintenance or communication failure.
In principle, users will be notified in advance, but in urgent or unavoidable cases notice may be given afterwards.
7. User obligations
You are responsible for managing your API key and your device, and must not let third parties use them.
When issuing an Upbit Open API key, allow only the "View assets", "View orders", and "Place orders" permissions, and make sure the "Withdraw" permission is disabled. You are also responsible for registering the allowed IP address that Upbit requires.
You must not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service, use it to violate laws or commit crimes, or interfere with its stable operation.
8. Disclaimer and risk notice
⚠️ Most important: this Service is a technical assistant tool. It does not recommend investments or guarantee profits.
All conditions (strategies) and parameters are set entirely by you. The Service only helps send order requests according to your settings and is not responsible for the results.
Cryptocurrency trading carries a very high risk of losing your principal because of extreme volatility. Investment decisions and their consequences are entirely your own responsibility. Please use only a small amount.
Backtesting and optimization results are simulations on past data and do not guarantee future profits.
The Service is not responsible for damages caused by exchange API failures or maintenance, network failures, device conditions (power saving, battery, loss of connection, etc.), or natural disasters.
9. Ending use and restrictions
You can stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling it. Uninstalling also removes the information stored on your device (API key, logs, settings, etc.).
If you violate these terms or interfere with the operation of the Service, the Service may take measures such as a warning or restriction of use.
10. Intellectual property
Copyright and intellectual property rights in the Service belong to Dalin Soft.
11. Non-affiliation and non-financial notice
This Service is an unofficial third-party app and is not affiliated with Upbit or Dunamu.
This Service does not provide custody of assets, deposits/withdrawals/transfers, loans, or investment brokerage.
This Service does not sell, recommend, or broker financial products, and does not provide investment advice.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
Disputes between the Service and users are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and will be brought before the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
