🛡️ MyBit - Upbit Simulator Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 13, 2026

MyBit - Upbit Simulator (operated by Dalin Soft, the "App") values your privacy. This policy explains what information the App handles and how it is used.

Summary
· The App has no sign-up and no login. It does not collect or store your email, user ID, or similar information on any developer server (the developer does not operate a server for this App).
· Your strategies, virtual orders and fills, virtual balance, and backtest results are stored only on your device.
· The App does not ask for or store any exchange API key, and does not send real orders.
· Google AdMob processes some information to show rewarded ads.

1. Information the App handles

(1) Account / login

ItemsNone
NoteThe App has no login feature.

(2) Usage records stored on your device

Items (examples) Strategies you set up, virtual orders/fills/balance/holdings, trade logs, notification records, backtest (simulation) results, app lock setting, and records of how many times you used ad rewards
WhereCreated while you use the App and stored only on your device. Not sent anywhere.
PurposeTo provide paper trading, show your results and records, and provide reports

(3) Upbit-related information

ItemsNone
ImportantThe App does not ask for or store an Upbit API key (Access Key, Secret Key) and does not send real orders.
NoteThe App fetches public market data (current prices, candles, etc.) that Upbit provides over the internet. Ordinary network information (such as your IP address) may be passed to Upbit's servers in the process.

(4) App lock (device authentication)

How it worksIf you turn on the app lock, the App calls your device's authentication (fingerprint, face, PIN, pattern, etc.). The operating system handles the authentication. The App does not read or store your biometric data or PIN; it only learns whether authentication succeeded.

(5) Advertising identifiers (ad SDK)

Items (examples) Advertising ID, device and event information, IP address, approximate location, etc. — processed by the Google AdMob SDK to deliver ads
Processed byGoogle LLC (Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads)
PurposeShowing rewarded ads to keep the App free, measuring ad performance, and preventing fraud
Note The App itself does not separately collect or store this information; the scope follows Google's policies (https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads).
You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in your device settings.

1-2. Permissions

The App uses the permissions below. Notifications are optional, and the main features work even if you do not allow them.

PermissionPurpose
Internet / network stateFetching Upbit public market data, showing ads, and checking whether you are online
NotificationsTrade signal alerts and showing the status of background strategy runs. If you deny it, only the notifications are not shown.
Foreground serviceKeeps your strategy simulation running when you are not looking at the App or the screen is off. A notification is shown while it runs.
Battery optimization exemptionReduces the chance that the operating system's power saving stops background running. You choose whether to allow it, and the App works even if you do not.
Wake lockPrevents the device from sleeping and cutting off processing while a strategy runs
VibrationVibrates when a notification arrives
Advertising IDUsed by Google AdMob to deliver ads and measure performance (see section 1 (5)). You can reset or opt out in your device settings.
Biometric / fingerprint / device authenticationUsed to unlock the App only if you turn on the app lock. The operating system manages the credentials.

※ The App does not request location, contacts, phone, SMS, photos, camera, or microphone permissions, and it has no sign-up or login, so it does not ask for account information.
