These terms set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between MyBit - Upbit Simulator (operated by Dalin Soft, the "Service")
and its users, for using the Service as a paper-trading tool that simulates automatic trading with virtual money
using live public prices from Upbit's KRW market.
(The Service was previously offered under the name "Bit-Daejang (Demo Trading)" and continues under its new name.)
2. Definitions
"Service": a mobile application that uses Upbit's public market data to simulate virtual orders and virtual fills, and shows a virtual balance, holdings, and trade records.
"User": a person who installs and uses the Service under these terms.
"Strategy": a rule that decides whether to make a virtual trade by combining indicators provided by the Service (such as Hybrid and Volume Breakout) with the conditions you set.
"Virtual balance": virtual money provided inside the Service for paper trading. It has no cash value and cannot be traded for real, withdrawn, or exchanged.
"Virtual orders/fills": simulation results the Service calculates from market data and your settings. They may differ from real market orders and fills.
"Market data": publicly available price, candle, and trade information from Upbit. It may be delayed, wrong, or interrupted depending on the provider's policies and availability.
3. Notice and changes to the terms
The Service posts these terms within the Service or on a web page so that users can easily read them.
The Service may amend these terms to the extent permitted by law.
When the terms are amended, the effective date and reason will be stated and announced at least 7 days before they take effect.
4. Conditions of use
The Service has no sign-up or login and can be used right after installation. By installing and starting to use the Service, you agree to these terms.
The Service does not ask for an exchange account or API key, and does not send real orders or provide deposits or withdrawals.
Your usage records (strategies, virtual orders and fills, virtual balance, backtest results, etc.) are stored on your device.
5. Provision and changes of the Service
1) What the Service provides
Automatic-trading simulation with virtual orders and virtual fills, using live prices from Upbit's KRW market
Viewing the virtual balance, holdings, and fill history, and notifications
Strategy backtesting and analysis reports based on past data
Charts and market overview
App lock (a screen lock that uses your device authentication)
2) Virtual balance and ad rewards
The Service gives you a starting virtual balance (currently 10,000,000 KRW), and you can reset it inside the Service.
The virtual balance can be used only inside the Service. It cannot be traded for real, withdrawn, or exchanged.
You can watch rewarded ads to top up the virtual balance or to earn backtest tickets. Top-ups have a limit per time period (currently 5 per 24 hours).
Free usage counts, ad rewards, and the virtual balance policy may change for operational reasons; changes will be announced in the Service.
The Service may change all or part of what it provides for operational reasons.
6. Interruption of the Service
The Service may be temporarily interrupted for operational reasons such as maintenance, communication failure, or the stop of an external data provider.
In principle, users will be notified in advance, but in urgent or unavoidable cases notice may be given afterwards.
7. Data storage
Strategies, virtual orders and fills, the virtual balance, trade logs, notification records, backtest data, and the app lock setting are stored on your device.
The developer does not operate a server for the Service and does not send or store the above data on any developer server.
Data may be lost depending on your device environment (deletion, reset, OS updates, etc.), and the Service is not responsible for this.
If you used "Bit-Daejang (Demo Trading)" before, the strategies and records on your device are carried over as far as possible after the update. Some settings, such as the app-lock PIN, may not be carried over.
8. Ads
To keep the Service free, it shows rewarded ads from Google AdMob. A rewarded ad plays only when you choose to watch it.
Information processed for ad delivery is described in the Privacy Policy.
